Tommy Lynn

Tommy Lynn is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Lynn Energy Services (formerly Falcon Energy Services Group), based in Humble, Texas. He began his career in the Oil & Gas industry in 1997 with W-Industries, where he developed a broad skill set across multiple areas of the business while being mentored by leading industry experts. In January 2015, Tommy transitioned into a business development role, where he played a key part in navigating the company through a challenging market downturn. Leveraging his deep knowledge of engineering, automation, and project management, he also helped expand W- Industries into new markets, driving the company’s growth and positioning it for future success. In September 2018, Tommy co-founded Falcon Energy Services Group (now Lynn Energy Services) with his father, Rick Lynn, bringing his wealth of industry expertise and strategic vision to their new venture.
